چکیده
physiologically motivated (see [15]) colour space corresponds to the deviation in illumination from typical daylight. By a process, the cluster is transformed so that its elongation will be along the achromatic axis. So we can ensure equal colour sensations under different lighting conditions (see 1st and 2nd figure below). The skin colour classification takes place within the RGB-colour-space (r, g).To model the skin colour distribution, we define a two-dimensional Gaussian by calculating mean and covariance of the skin colour data set (3rd and 4th fig.), see [10,17]. colour adaptation

Machine Learning and Citizen Science: Opportunities and Challenges of Human-Computer Interaction
Background and Aim: In processing large data, scientists have to perform the tedious task of analyzing hefty bulk of data. Machine learning techniques are a potential solution to this problem. In citizen science, human and artificial intelligence may be unified to facilitate this effort. Considering the ambiguities in machine performance and management of user-generated data, this paper aims to...
متن کاملSimilarity measurement for describe user images in social media
Online social networks like Instagram are places for communication. Also, these media produce rich metadata which are useful for further analysis in many fields including health and cognitive science. Many researchers are using these metadata like hashtags, images, etc. to detect patterns of user activities. However, there are several serious ambiguities like how much reliable are these informa...
متن کاملImage flip CAPTCHA
The massive and automated access to Web resources through robots has made it essential for Web service providers to make some conclusion about whether the "user" is a human or a robot. A Human Interaction Proof (HIP) like Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart (CAPTCHA) offers a way to make such a distinction. CAPTCHA is a reverse Turing test used by Web serv...
متن کاملNeural Architecture for Gesture-Based Human-Machine-Interaction
We present a neural architecture for gesture-based interaction between a mobile robot and human users. One crucial problem for natural interface techniques is the robustness under highly varying environmental conditions. Therefore, we propose a multiple cue approach for the localisation of a potential user in the operation eld, followed by the aquisition and interpretaion of its gestural instru...
متن کاملHuman Computer Interaction Using Vision-Based Hand Gesture Recognition
With the rapid emergence of 3D applications and virtual environments in computer systems; the need for a new type of interaction device arises. This is because the traditional devices such as mouse, keyboard, and joystick become inefficient and cumbersome within these virtual environments. In other words, evolution of user interfaces shapes the change in the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). In...
